Can I import my drink portfolio?
Yes. If you're using one of our partner ERP systems, you can import your products directly. We're more than happy to work with you on custom import formats, too.
Can I invite team members?
Yes, you can invite team members directly from your account settings. Account owners can then determine which users can approve pricing and which users have read-only access.
What happens if there's a price dispute?
If you refute pricing changes, the supplier will be notified of the price discrepency. This will either result in updated, fixed pricing or an acknowledgement that the price is not a mistake.
Is this only for Non-Alcoholic product pricing management?
Yes, we currently manage Non-Alcoholic product pricing. If you are interested in managing other product categories, please let us know.
Can I generate pricing, cost, and margin reports?
Yes. We have several reports that you can generate directly from your PriceFlow dashboard to help you better understand the pricing, cost, and margins of your business.
How do I reset my password?
If you're having trouble accessing your account, please head to our login page to reset your password. If that doesn't resolve your issues, please email us for further help.
Will you help us onboard?
Of course! We would be happy to walk you through the process of signing up, setting up your beverage portfolio, and approving pricing changes.
What if I carry products or suppliers that are not listed?
We pride ourselves on having comprehensive relationships with suppliers and their products, but we recognize that we don't know every supplier that exists. We would love to onboard these suppliers to our Supplier Dashboard and bring them into the PriceFlow network.
Can I export pricing to my ERP?
Absolutely. We export pricing to industry-standard ERP formats or you can easily build your own export format.
